Skillsarena initially contacted us in 2014 with a need to discuss the overall marketing of the business. They felt they had great products and services but were struggling to accurately convey this to their audience without making it sound complicated and detailed.
The marketing material was also dated and did not reflect the business brand or it’s services very clearly again creating some confused messaging. As an established business the task at hand was a big one, they had a lot of collateral, a large website, social media and various active advertising. None of these were pulling in the same direction or delivering a consistent message which was above all else the key issue that desperately needed rectifying.
We spent the best part of six months working closely with the management team to firstly define their different audiences. Then to establish clear and concise messages that not only accurately conveyed their services but were simple enough to understand by the identified audiences.
This then progressed to redesigning their key marketing literature that formed a direct part of their sales and lead process. This work helped to strengthen the brand message and gave the team themselves more confidence in how they wanted to be perceived as a business.
This then moved onto the website and online media, creating a responsive solutions that focused on some clear key messages to help visitors understand them and their services without confusion.
We have worked with Skillsarena ever since and continue to develop the brand and their marketing, all aligned to a strategy to ensure they have a clear and defined path to follow with objectives to focus on.
